Nice experience for our first apartment. I fell in love with the marble counters and built in washer and dryer, I really like the remodeling! My guest always complements my home. 

The staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. We have never had to wait too long for any requests or maintenance in our apartment. We also moved into a newly renovated unit and love it! The granite countertops and new appliances are awesome.

Summerwood Terrace Apartments has excellent value. The newly refurbished apartments offer a great space to call home. The staff and maintenance crew are very helpful and respond quickly to anything you need.

 These are great apartments. Blake and Maddie in the office are wonderful! They will take care of any issues you encounter. The granite countertops have to be the best part of my 2 bedroom apartment. Construction has been non stop since I moved in last June. It is definitely beginning to wear on me. I work from home so this is causing an issue and is the only reason I will be moving at the end of my lease. Chi with maintenance is amazing, the entire maintenance crew are great. They are extremely prompt in fixing any issue you have. I definitely recommend Summerwood Terrace! They have definitely worked hard on these apartments and it really shows

The leasing office is easy to work with and really friendly. They helped me with exactly what I needed. The apartments are great. Nice redone apartments and great for the price I’d rent. I’m happy I chose these apartments to rent from.

I moved here in January of 2020, and have had a great living experience. Madi and Blake are always responsive with questions I have and the maintenance staff has always helped me with any issues I had (hot water heater going out, and my door getting stuck). These apartments are newly renovated and are absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Everyone who lives her is nice and friendly. What I really like about these apartments is they allow 3 pets and don’t charge an arm and a leg for the pet deposit. I would definitely recommend Summerwood Terrance Apartments as your next living space.
