Clean apartments, friendly Management, the maintenance comes and fixes things quickly. The free cable is a nice perk. The size of the apartment is a really good deal for the affordable prices. One of the best apartments I've lived in.

I love this community so much Madi and Blake bend over backwards to help me when I need it. It's very quiet and beautiful here and it's the first time I have ever felt safe in my home! I have recommended these apartments and will keep on recommending them.

I have lived here for a couple of years, the management is awesome vary friendly, my apartment is cheap and nice, love the fireplace, it's Close to the grocery store, it's quiet, never had a problem here, I own two cars never had one broke in to, I have never seen a fight here, the pool is open in summer time, I enjoy staying here, there are washer and dryer hook ups in some of the apartments

My first apartment in Amarillo. Love it, it’s cozy for a one bedroom. !!!!!!!!!!!Big rooms!!! Well kept clean!!!!!! Management is wonderful.!!!!!!! Its a quiet complex. I would recommend them!!!!!!!!!

Property management is extremely understanding of life. They have been willing to work with me on a number of subjects. The notices of pest control is definitely in enough time for me to make sure my items are protected. And the apartment is really priced well for the me.

I have lived here since 2013 and found it to be a good place to live. We have had a few issues with constantly changing office personnel in the beginning but that seems to have been resolved. The apartments are spacious and recent updates, new windows and doors have added to the comfort of living there

My first place in Amarillo -- I love my apt. It’s a cozy feeling when i come home from work. Bigger than most 1 bedrooms I have lived in. Management is very understanding and friendly. I would recommend my apartments.
