I absolutely love my house!! A comfy cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. It's perfect for my son &I. The office team handled everything professionally and are very much appreciated. The ladies in office are so understanding and make the transaction as smooth as possible, and are willing to go above and beyond!! I can't really see myself dealing with anyone else for a good while. My son & I love our HOME!! I would highly recommend renting from them!!

Very nice apartments! Most of the neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly when you see them. The apartment management team was amazing when first was looking for a spot. I wanted something close to work but close to some shopping as well. The Management team makes you feel welcomed and make sure you are happy every step of the way. Maintenance is quick and gets thing fixed within 24 hours. There are good restaurants near by as well. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live.

Im renting a one bedroom apartment! I love it its updated and its in a nice quiet neighborhood! I love it! They spray every so many months for bugs and if theres a problem with my apt they come over asap! And the staff is super nice! They worked really hard to help me get my apt! I give them 5 stars!

Really loving being a resident here! Despite being next to a bar it’s actually pretty quiet and I assume it’s because these are sturdy older buildings. Speaking of which, they’ve updated the floors and counter tops so it feels like a brand new place.
Staff is also incredibly kind and speedy in their responses. This is the first place that’s ever given us a house warming gift and it really did make us feel at home.

I moved here in April of this year and have no complaints! Rent is affordable at 550 a month and your water bill is paid for. My lease is a year long, but I believe they also have a six month lease. My unit comes with a stackable washer and dryer which is SUPER nice. The water here also heats up incredibly fast which has been great too. I'm a first time renter and they have been very helpful and understanding throughout the few months I've been here. I think this is a great place to live. I'm very happy with it. :)

Just moved in and I like the place, it’s well kept and it’s got new flooring, the washer dryer in unit is an amazing perk and is a new model as well. Great little place and close to lots of fun places on 6th St. and super close to lots of shopping and grocery stores with quick access to I-40. Leasing agents have been super helpful and friendly and maintenance has been great about responding to calls.
