I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and does a great job keeping everything in top condition.
The apartments themselves are homey, modern, and well-maintained. Overall I highly recommend lions court apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. It’s truly been a wonderful experience, and I’m happy to call it home.

I moved into Lions Court a couple of weeks ago, and I cannot recommend this place enough!
The staff is kind, they respond fast and are incredibly understanding! Maintenance requests are fastly taken care of and the maintenance man doesnt leave a complete mess after working (that was a dig at highpoint not gonna lie).
I've had no issues with pests, mold, or neighbors! The grounds are beautifully maintained and while I have seen trash outside the dumpsters, its almost immediately cleaned up within a day or so
(business day).
I feel safe. I feel happy. I feel at home.

Macie and Jessica are amazing office workers and very friendly! and maintenance is amazing we were able to get in for their lease up campaign we are the first tenants in our new renovated apartment and their so beautiful! And great on price monthly as well! I wouldn't pass this deal up ! They are quick to answer your concerns and questions and very welcoming our kids love it here they have a playground basketball court and tennis court and even a gym! And once you get a maintenance order in they are there quick never been in a gated community love it and it's quiet here ! Be sure to let them know if you decide to come tour or sign a lease with them let them know I sent you! Thank you again Jessica and Macie for welcoming us with open arms! I see us being here for a very long time love calling this place our home!

I've only lived here for a short time. These apartments are so well taken care of. Hollie and Jessica are 2 of the best in the office. The 1st day I needed something fixed and the maintenance guys was there less then a hour to fix the problem. I love how nice and quiet it is around here. I feel very safe in this gated community. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would. Definitely would recommend this apartment. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome. I've lived here for over a year now and I have to say from the manager to office staff the young lady up front ( Jessica) she's so friendly and very helpful They are so kind and helpful I recently had surgery and they have allowed my daughter to stay and help me and she's very knowledgeable, and the maintenance of what I could say about them, except they are awesome anytime you call they are right there they do not keep you waiting and I believe the lead maintenance
I think his name is Steven could be wrong about that name but the point is he goes above and beyond they all do,
so if you’re looking for a new home I'd say look no further. THEY ARE AWESOME ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!

In my search for a secure and gated Apt. to live in that is beautiful, Clean, newly remodeled I have found my New home with Lions Court. I can't believe how amazing, friendly and supportive all the Staff have been. And they continue to improve and upgrade the community.. I only wish I had moved Sooner!!!

This is a very quiet place to live with friendly neighbors. The staff has been extremely helpful when I had to move from out of state and I like the fact that it is gated. I have more than enough room in the apartment, and I really like having a washer/dryer in the unit, so I don't have to go anywhere to do laundry.

If you are looking for a safe and quiet place in town to live, Lions Court Apartments are the choice to go with! I moved in not long ago with my roommate but the ladies in the office are so sweet and were willing to answer any questions we had. Maintenance has also been fantastic, theyre quick and will get to work orders either that day or the very next if they can. I had a few things I asked them to come look at and they responded within hours and it was repaired the same day.
Everyone here has been amazing and made it to where we can truely call Lions Court Apartments home, even the other residents are amazing and sweet and make it such an enjoyable place to walk around during the day and sit outside in the evening.

The apartment was clean during tours, staff were incredibly friendly and after moving in it has stayed that way! The apartments are quiet, the maintenance staff are very quick and do their jobs well, the office staff are always so kind and engaging I really love living here and I’m incredibly grateful to all of the staff who help maintain the positive environment.

I have been living at the Lions Court Apartment for 2 years now. Everyone is friendly and the office staff and maintenance staff are on top of their game. Anytime you need something repaired, no matter what it is, they are there! It is a very peaceful area and I love my peace. If you're looking to be around a friendly environment, Lions Court is the place to be!

I moved into Lions Court apartment in December. I have been very satisfied on how they keep the outside area clean and the grass clean, I enjoy the quietness at night as well as during the day, and whenever I have a maintenance problem, they are sent out right away to take care of the issue. My kids and I have enjoyed living out here, the best decision I had made.

I have moved into Lions Court recently and can't say enough good things about it. I had set up my utilities and internet a few weeks before moving in and forgot to tell the move in date to the internet company and the equipment arrived a few days after ordering the service which was left at my door. When I called the office They offered to and immeddatly went and put it in my apartment. Also when I filled out the apartment checklist to let them know if there was anything wrong in the apartment, which there were only 1 or 2 that needed attention maintenance immediatly fixed them.
The whole staff from Kurt to the management ladies and maintenance are so friendly and wanting to make sure all your needs are met is fantastic. They are all great and friendly. I always feel welcome when i go to the office. I would strongly check out Lions Court.

I love the fact that Lion's Court is around the corner from my church! Macie and Jessica worked hard with to make it as comfortable as possible for me to move. It is over whelming and I can't believe the price of my new place. This will be my new safe haven! Macie and Jessica are awesome and I plan on being with them for a long time!

I have been here for about 6 or 7 months but i will say its been a wonderful place for my baby and i love my apartment and the staff is very friendly, anytime I've had a maintenance problem they have been right out in timely manner, and is very quiet i love it here ,

I like living here. It's very affordable, gets approval very fast. If you need something, you can always contact them and they'll get back with you right away and help you with whatever you need. Definitely recommend this place

Great place to call home! The apartment itself is beautiful. I have ceramic tile flooring marble countertops and up to date faucet's. Feeling safe and secure was my biggest concern. After living here for awhile now I feel completely safe. The security gate works awesome! Its very quiet and everyone is so friendly, from the tenants to the staff, I couldn't be more happy. There is also play areas for the kids to go play. Maintenance is fast and competent.
The office ladies are Awesome. If your looking for an apartment you should come check them out. It's a great place to live!

The staff is great! They made everything easy from application to move in and are always available to answer any questions. Maintenance is also super fast and friendly which is a big plus for me!

This apartment complex has amazing staff who genuinely care about the well being of their people who live here. The upkeep of the apartment is great when I moved in, I felt like I was moving into a brand new apartment. If you have any issues they respond right away and take care of the problem whatever it may be. It's a safe quiet apartment complex and I have had a really good experience living here

My family has been living here for almost 2 years. Apartment has been satisfactory with good condition appliances and great AC units in summer! . Exterminator comes routinely so I don't worry about pests much. Staff is always pleasant and addresses my concerns and maintenance is very responsive and fast. They work hard trying to keep the grounds clean and orderly which I really appreciate. There is play equipment for kids, great dog area, and plenty of green space to run around and play. I really like our covered parking spot and my neighbors have been so pleasant. I sleep easy in this gated complex and it's pretty quiet too! easy to get to town for shopping and activities .
We enjoy living here and hope we will be here long enough to enjoy the new pool they want to install!!

I currently rent a 1 bed 1 bath and it is the perfect size for someone single. My neighbors are very friendly and I appreciate that I can never hear any noises from the floors, ceilings, or wall. I also really like that you get your own assigned parking spot under an awning. This way your vehicle will always be protected from weather. Maintenance and office staff are exceptional. They are always happy and willing to help with anything.

The apartments are nice and well kept. Pest control has been great about coming and spraying the apartment. Not too far from downtown, but a little out of the ways from the rest of Wichita Falls. They were very helpful when I moved to here from Indiana. A good spot to live.

My Husband and I have lived here for 4mths and it is Very nice and Quiet here, the other people here that we have met are nice and friendly, Jessica is like Family and so is the rest of the staff, maintance is 5 stars and always fixing the problem we might have, overall a Great place to call Home 🏘️!!

My kids like to play soccer on the open fields around the complex, or just run around. I love that the apartments have central heat and air.
My electricity bills are very good, because of the energy-saver applicances in the apartment.

This place is one of the best kept secrets of Wichita Falls, TX. I really enjoy being a resident because its quiet and the staff is very nice, understanding, and helpful.
I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a nice place to live.

Great price. Quiet. Newer name brand appliances that work well. Maintenance completed anything we requested on the same day. No issue with the gate entrance so far. I feel safe in this community. All the staff have been friendly and happy to help. Talk of a pool being installed next year would be great and adding new chains to the swing sets and some infant swing seats would be great too. No issue with bugs. Thanks Danielle for helping answer all our questions before moving in

When my wife and I were looking for a place to call home we found lions court. The staff here is always friendly and addresses any and all concerns. And when I had something break or wasn’t working, it was fixed the very next day! I highly recommend it here. And they are very pet friendly! Rent isn’t high like it is all over Wichita and its in a great location. And you don’t need to get a gym membership because they have a great gym here
